For this photoshoot, I intend to photograph a pair of boots in the studio. I have a pair of boots that I made a few years ago to wear to a Taylor Swift concert, these boots resemble the reputation album and it's aesthetics.

 

My plan for this shoot is to capture images that I can use for my album cover in this project. My vision is a very simple cover with a lot of negative space, either a black or white background and the boots at the bottom. I want the album cover to signify the theme of hiding and also strength. I think that the boots showcase a sense of feminine strength and as I plan to focus on lighting such as silhouette and rim, this will hopefully emphasise the hidden aspect.

I don't intend to use any other props, however, I will take a few items such as jewellery and vinyl incase I feel like the images are too simple and surface level.

There will be little to no risks in this photoshoot due to working in a safe studio environment. However, I will ensure that all wires from lighting are touching the ground and don't become trip hazards, and I will also tape the backdrop to the floor to avoid anyone tripping over that. When I finish I will turn off any lights and unplug them at the source to ensure they aren't left on and I will also tidy up any equipment so it is not tripped over in the dark.
